WHAT IS THE $10G PROGRAM?
The $10G program is a promotional program to encourage showings on your listing in a slow market.

WHAT IS THE BASIC PREMISE OF THE $10G PROGRAM?
When an agent, whether at our company or another, sells one of our participating listings they are eligible to participate in a contest. The winner of the contest will receive a $10,000 prize.

HOW DO SELLERS PARTICIPATE IN THE $10G PROGRAM?
The program requires a small contribution ($250.00) from the seller of each property that participates.

WHEN IS THE MONEY DUE FROM THE SELLER?
The money is due when the house closes. If the house does not sell the seller will not owe anything.

ARE ALL LISTINGS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE?
We are not offering the $10G program to distressed sellers. If a property must have bank approval to sell it will not be $10G eligible, unless participation in the program is pre-approved, in writing by the lender or the agent chooses to place the property in the program and pay for it out of their commissions.

WHEN AND HOW IS THE $10,000 PRIZE GIVEN AWAY?
When forty $10G properties sell the agents who brought the buyers to those homes will be invited to participate in a contest at the next scheduled RE/MAX at the Lake sales meeting. This contest may be a Spelling Bee, a test about North Carolina Real Estate Law, or some other creative way to find just one lucky winner. Every time 40 $10G properties sell we will hold another contest.

WHERE WILL THE MONEY BE HELD UNTIL THE DRAWING?
The money will be held in a separate account opened specifically for the $10G prize.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GIVE AWAY THE $10,000 PRIZE?
That depends on how quickly 40 homes sell! The more 10G designated homes that sell, the faster the contest will take place.

We will continue to come up with innovative ideas to get showings and, most importantly, Buyers on our listings.
